L&A Mutual Insurance Co. policy holders can report a loss to our Agents or Brokers or to our Napanee office during our regular office hours at 613-354-4810 or 1-800-267-7812 and Press 7.
After Hours Claims: Outside regular business hours, claims can be reported to our 24 hour emergency claims service line at 1-800-722-9556. Please listen carefully to the answering recording.
Auto Claims
Information to collect at an auto accident:
- Names of other people involved in the accident
- Names of other insurance companies
- Insurance policy numbers
- Name of police officer and incident number
Prevent Further Loss
Make every effort to prevent further loss to your dwelling and personal property.
Notify Authorities
If necessary and appropriate, notify police – fire – ambulance emergency services.
